Exchange Policy

We at JodyHub follow an easy 7 Day exchange policy from the date received for all the products shipped from our website.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from website. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the fit of your shoes and would like to return, you can simply place your return/exchange request by clicking here. Exchange

1. We provide all our customers with a 7-day exchange for all orders. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange..

3. For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for an exchange.

Products purchased during the Seasonal and Occasional Sale

We have a No Return or Exchange Policy applicable on orders with Any seasonal or clearance sale. In case of size issue or damaged product received, sale items can only be exchanged with same style (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.
